    Schedule of Events: 


    • Friday, August 1st

    Social Event - Games, Campfire, food and drinks!-  6-10pm


    • Saturday, August 2nd

    8:30am - 8pm - Camp Day 1! 

     (3 sessions throughout day)


    • Sunday, August 3rd

    8:30am-8pm - Camp Day 2!

     (3 sessions throughout day)


    • Monday, August 4th

    8:30am-8pm - Camp Day 3!

    (3 sessions throughout day)


  • Working Spots

    • Limited Working spots 

    -  8 dogs per group -  4 Groups.

    Groups created based on common  team level.  All team levels welcomed!


    • Working Spot Sign-up includes:

    1) 3 Working spot Sessions - handling & skills with your dog. 1 In-ring working session per day.


    2) 1 Handler-only wine & dine session. 


    3)  Custom Camp Shirt  & Camp Gift


    4) Snacks & 1 Main meal provided per day.

    *On site caterer for event.


    5) Free On-site camping


    • On-site Camping: 

    -Unlimited RV Dry Camping & Unlimited Tenting spots


    - Limited RV Power Hook Ups

     (will be given on a first come first serve basis)



  • Auditing Spot


    As an auditor, you will receive full access to listen in & ask questions during any session you wish at any time! 

    Price: $225/spot.


    It also includes:

    1. Camp Shirt
    2. Meals/snacks.
    3. Free Onsite Camping
    4. Auditing any session at any time
    5. Included in all of the fun!!
  • Entry Fees

    Working Spot = $415 (+hst)


    With a working spot, you can also audit any other session during your down time.


    Auditing Spot = $225 (+hst)


    As an auditor, you will receive full access to listen in & ask questions during any session you wish! It also includes a Camp Shirt, meals, snacks.


  • Payments - Refunds

    When is payment required? 

    Payment is only required after confirmation has been made you have received a spot in Camp! Payment is then required to save your spot.

    50% of entry fee will be required to hold your spot. While the remaining will be due by June 15th.


    Refunds: 

    June 1st Deadline: 

    If cancellation of Camp Entry occurs after June 1st, 50% of total payment received will be refunded. If spot can be filled by you (to replace entry by same level of team) or by FlatOut Dogs from the waitlist, a full refund will be received. 


    July 1st Deadline: 

    If cancellation of entry into camp occurred beyond July 1st, no refund will be provide. 

    **However if spot can be filled by you (to replace entry by same level of team) or by FlatOut Dogs from the waitlist, a full refund will be received. However minus cost of Camp shirt. 

    You of course, will still receive your camp shirt! :) 


    Refunds for sickness/injured dogs will be reviewed on a 1on1 basis. Auditing is seen as an option for handlers with dogs how can no longer attend.


  • FAQ

    Frequently Asked Questions: 


    1) Can I enter more then 1 dog in Camp?

      - Yes!! :) 

    If you wish to enter more the 1 dog, go ahead & complete an entry form for each of your dogs.

    Price for 2nd dog = $365+hst for working spot.



    2) What level am I? / What group is best for me?

    In your registration form you will be asked your dog's level. You are to pick the level that best fits your team. 

    Based on this level and based on our personal knowledge of your team, you will be placed in the appropriate group for the Camp. 


    Here are the group descriptions:


    • Young Dogs = 6-10+ months of age and/or young teams. Teams will be expected to have the ability to sequence (jumps & tunnels only) 3-6 obstacles.

     

    • Novice/Advanced = Sequencing involving several obstacles (Jumps & tunnels only). Basic understanding of obstacle commitment, general handling, able to compete novice to advanced level challenges.

    • Masters/International - Dog has understanding of all agility obstacles, including contacts & weaves. Currently competing and/or sequencing on longer sequences with multiple challenges.

    3) What days do I have to attend?  

    The Friday events are going to be A LOT of fun!! However, if you are are unable to attend Friday, that is ok!

    When you enter the camp however, you are entering for ALL day Saturday, ALL day Sunday, and ALL day Monday at minimum! 


    4) Do I have to camp on-site? 

    No! Though it would mean you never leave the fun! ;) You do not need to camp on-site! There are local accommodations not far from FlatOut Dogs!


    5) Will more then 1 dog be working at the same time? 

    Yes! 

    It is a potential based on the organization of groups, that there will be 2 dogs working at once. This will be 1 dog per ring, and each ring will be divided with a visual/physical barrier


    6) Where are the shirts coming from?

    Our 2025 Camp shirt are made by Need Some Sun, a different supplies from previous years.
