• DLDogs completes extensive quality control reviews on all items before shipment to ensure a high quality item on arrival to your door.

• If damages are present to items upon arrival to FlatOut Dogs, support will be provided and every effort will be done to rectify the problem.

• If the damage is extensive a refund will be provided and/or a discount towards a future item will be provided. This be discussed between FlatOut Dogs & the customer if an issue is identified.

• All items shipped from FlatOut Dogs will be insured. 

• FlatOut Dogs will place regular orders to DLDogs for tunnels & tunnel bags, and will carry stock. To get the items you wish, place your order via this website, and they will be shipped directly to you.
• Shipment cost from DLDogs to Canada is covered by FlatOut Dogs. There will be NO additional cost added to the price of your tunnels to cover this cost.
• Shipment costs from FlatOut Dogs to your home will be billed to the customer and must be paid for the items are shipped to you. 
• Any customs/duty cost accured on item(s) once shipped from FlatOut Dogs will be the responsibility of the customer.
• FlatOut Dogs will be in touch following your order to provide a shipping quote. 
• If you wish to have a shipping quote prior to order, please reach out. This can be easily provided.

FlatOut Dogs aims to be transparent with the shipping cost of all items. The shipping cost will be what the shipper charges, with no mark up added to the shipping cost.
