I started working with Aaron when my schedule got so busy I wasn't going to be able to fit classes into my schedule anymore. I wanted to try to improve my handling, improve my mindset and work out a few of the obstacle issues I had with my girls. Aaron has helped me to work on all the things I had on my list and more. Returning to agility with a high-drive rescue dog showed me how much the sport had evolved—and how much I needed to learn! I began my journey in dog sports in 1978 with obedience, achieving a high level of success before discovering agility in 2010. What started as something fun quickly became a serious pursuit, and I realized how much there was to learn.

After years of training, competing, and seeking higher-level education, I found FlatOut Dogs two years ago, and it has truly been a game changer. I worked with FlatOut Dogs in 2025 completing the Teeter Revival Series. The attention to detail and keen eye regarding not only my dog’s behaviors but mine was impressive. The instruction provided from week to week helped us set a strong foundation and plan for learning. Aarons ability to convey the information we needed really helped lay the groundwork for our success. He provided specific and tailored instruction that was precise and understandable At the time of the retrain, my dog was 9 years old. We had worked with several instructors in the past. Unfortunately, none of which were able to help us achieve the expected and consistent teeter performance. With the amazing instruction and critique from FlatOut Dogs, my dog re-learned the teeter to near perfection. We also went from a Sling shot start line to a controlled lead out start line (what an awesome added bonus of instruction.)
