ATS 2.0 New Features

  • ATS is an online software. This allows you to access the software on any device! Not restrained to one computer!
    *Off-line access for event day work, is also available for shows without access to Wifi during the event.
  • Show online entry - Competitors will now have the ability to enter a trial & pay trial fees using ATS. As competitors submit their entries via 'ATS'.com, their entries will auto-input directly into the trial they have selected. Significantly decreasing the trial secretary work needed! 
    And...No extra fees with this ability and no delays with receiving online entries.
  • Volunteer Schedule - ATS will create your Volunteer Schedule for you!
    As competitors enter a trial via ATS, they will be able to select the volunteer job(s) they prefer. ATS will automatically build the Volunteer schedule!
  • Live scribing - while using the Online version of ATS, your scribes can enter results directly into the software. This will eliminate the behind the scences trial secretary work. Additionally, as each dog completes a run, ATS will supply real-time live results for competitors to view immediately following their run, via the ATS website.
  • Live Gate Sheets - ATS will allow your Gate Keeper & competitors  access to live and continuously updated Gate Sheets throughout an event! This will allow competitors easy access to the gate sheets, eliminating crowding at the Gate and allow competitors the knowledge of knowing when it it their turn to run, right from their own devices. 
  • Trial Finances - Upon show setup, ATS will track finances including but not limited to,  outstanding balances from competitors, total entry fees and expenses such as, rental fees, judges expenses, etc.

Trial Day Cost/trial day Details
Per Trial Day $35.00 $35 charged per trial day. Ie: If offering a 2 day trial - ATS fee = $70.00
Yearly Software Membership $250.00 Access to ATS for unlimited trial days over a 12 month period. Price applies to hosting club and/or trial secretary. .
