Venue

Irving Oil Field House, located  129 McAllister Dr. Saint John, New Brunswick.

The venue ask that all competitors bring indoor shoes to wear while you are inside the Field House.

No food allowed in competition area. Water is acceptable. 

Event will have controlled access to non-competitors. Travel accompaniments and family members will be permitted.

Will be sent to all competitors prior to the Canadian Open approximately one week before the event.

Bye Tracker & Certificates:
With this entry form, you will be provided with the option to attach a Bye Tracker &/or Bye Certificates.
If you have Byes, these documents must be received with your entry.
If however, you enter the Canadian Open now, but then receive additional Byes at a later date, you may email an updated Bye Tracker and/or Bye

After confirmation emails have been sent (following the closing date) NO changes can be made to your entry.

Warm Ups:
There are 2 options for Warm-ups:

1) Wednesday Warm-Up - 5-745pm -$10.00/dog This is limited time warm-up ring access. It will be assigned on a first-come first-serve based, as there are limited spots available.
This will include a set time slot, with access to the Warm-Up ring.

1 time slot will be assigned per dog.
Time frame provided per dog (for example 5 min warm up time) will be determined based on interest.

2) Full Weekend Package 
$40.00/dog
- includes free access to the Warm-Up Ring throughout competition days - Thursday to Sunday.
This will be a monitored Warm-Up area, however paid teams will have access at any time.
The Warm-Up Ring will include 4-5 sections in a full turf ring, allowing multiple dogs to use equipment at once.

There will be specific & strict Warm-Up Ring Rules.

In your entry form, you  may choose 1 or both Warm Up options with your entry.

Slatted Dog Walks will be used in all Rings & Warm-Up RIng

Crating Space:
Limited crating space available for application and assignment.
An announcement will be made at a later date to apply for assigned crating space.

Pre-assigned crating space options will include:
1) Locker Room Crating
2) Main Area Crating *
3) Outdoor Crating

*If  a 3 ring event is required, there will be no to very limited Main Area Crating.

WAO Team Tryouts If you intent to tryout for the WAO Team 2024 you MUST do the following:
1) Indicate your intent in this Entry Form
&
2) Complete a separate application for at the following link: WAO 2024 Team Canada Intent Form

Dog Measuring
Please only select to have your dog measured at the Open, if your dog has never been measured in UKI in the past and only if measurement is absolutely required.
We highly recommend getting a measurement completed at another UKI event before the Open.
Note: This measurement is NOT WAO team measurements.

(Encouraged to get measured at a local event prior to the Canadian Open. Dogs who have previously been measured, will NOT be measured at the Open
