Please read all Information below before submitting this form:
- This form is to be completed by all those who wish to reserve a RV/Trailer / camping spot on site at the 2026 Canadian Open
Completing this form does not guarantee a spot.
A lottery draw will be completed on December 8th, 2025 for the applications made by this date.
After this date, if spots remain, spots will be filled accordingly. - There are LIMITED on-site camping spots available - 50 spots Max.
This number may change due to Trailer/RV/vehicle sizes and individual needs. - If you complete this form prior to the December 8th, 2025 lottery draw, you will receive an email 24-48 hrs after Dec 8th, with confirmation if a spot has been awarded.
Following this date, refer to the information in your email you will receive after the submission of this form - Dry Sites: Sites with no access to electricity or water hook-ups.
*Approx 50 sites available.
If you plan to use a generator this MUST be a quiet generator.
Modern, quieter generators run anywhere from 50 to 60 decibels.
Regular generators will NOT be allowed on site.
**Unfortunately for the 2026 event, there will be no power spots available. In the past this was offered by the Saint John Exhibition Fair Grounds, however they are unable to offer for the 2026 event. - On-site Security
FlatOut Dogs has hired a security company to patrol the event venue grounds, during the hours of 9pm to 6am the nights of August 25 to the 30th. - Water/Pump Out Services
FlatOut Dogs will be contracting a company to come on-site to provide water fill up & pumping to those who wish to avail of this service.
This service will be at an additional expense and will plan to occur on Friday, August 28th.
You will be given the option in this form to indicate if you wish to receive more information on this when more details are available. - Site Locations

Located immediately next to the Open venue. RVs/Trailers will be assigned a specific parking area.
This is a gravel parking area. Access to venue through side door immediately next to Dry sites.
The form asks if you have a preferred neighbour. If you place a request in here, this is not guaranteed, as spots will be filled based on trailer/vehicle size, etc.
We however will try out best to accommodate requests.
On-site Tenting:
There are no designated tenting areas on-site.
However, if any competitor wish to tent in the RV/Trailer Dry site location, this is possible.
Priority for space will be given to RVs/Trailers. No change in cost/night. - Earliest arrival date - Tuesday, August 25th, 2026
Latest departure date - Monday, August 31st by 11am.
*Trailer spot includes 6 nights on-site camping.
Payments secures spot. Invoices to be sent January 7th, and payment is due upon invoice receipt.
Refund Policy:
Following confirmation of site booking and receipt of payment, and a cancellation of a reservation is completed after June 1st, 2026, a total of ½ of the reservation amount will be refunded. The second ½ of payment is non-refundable.
Following June 1st, 2026, 50% of refund will only be provided if spot can be filled./
The reason for this policy is to ensure spots are filled during the event. Since accommodations are limited for this event, reservations must be made in ample time prior to the event.
If cancellations of RV/Trailers spots are made, this may mean a spot is left empty, as individuals are likely to make alternative accommodation arrangements.
