• This form is to be completed by all Vendors  to attend to 2023 Canadian Open hosted by FlatOut Dogs. 
  
  

One form must be completed per Vendor.

Important Information:

-As a Vendor you will receive a designated space (approx. 15’x15’). See map above for Vendor space location.

-Vendors will be able to set up a pop-up tent if they wish, tables, chairs, displays, etc, in their designated space. Vendors must provide  ALL their own setup supplies, include tables, chairs, pop-up tent, etc. 

- ALL Vendors MUST setup on Wedneday, September 6th between 12-7pm. 
Competition days are Thursday to Sunday, 700am until last dog. 

 - Vendors will be expected to be open for service from start of day (see premium for start time) until end of day. 

- No Vendors will have guarenteed access to  Electricity.
