PLEASE READ all info below, before completing this form.
This form must be completed by all competitors who plan to set up a shade tent/space for crating at the Battle.
And/or wish to crate under the large 60x60' tent provided by our sponsor - The Confederation Bridge!
For tenting/outdoor crating space, a 10'x10' space will be provided for setup.
Due to the number of competitors signed up for this event, Crating/Shade Tent space will be pre-assigned.
The purpose of this form is to allow you to:
1. Provide us with your plans to set up a Crate space/Shade tent
2. To select your preferred area for this setup.
Setup can be completed starting Thursday, July 21st @ 11am until 8pm.
Note:
There are 2 options for setup:
1) Letter Options (A, B, C, ...)
2) Number Options (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6)
While selecting preferred areas, you MUST follow these rules:
Option 1: Can be a Letter option OR a number option (see map below)
Option 2: MUST be a different number option (CANNOT be a Letter Option). (see map below)
Selecting a perferred spot is simply notifying FlatOut Dogs of your preference. The final decision of what location you will set up, will be up to FlatOut Dogs.
There is always the option to crate out of your vehicle. However, there will NOT by any option to set up a tent outside of your vehicle in the parking lot!
