**Course Platform Info Agreement

On the Monday selected for the start date of my Revival Series Training, I understand I will receive a Facebook invite into the Facebook group used for this training. If I do not receive an invite within 24-48 hours of my start date, I will reach out to aaron@flatoutdogs.com to inquire.

**FlatOut Dogs Revival Series Training Policy

I understand that after starting the Revival Series Training Group with FlatOut Dogs, I am signing up for 4 weeks of Revival Skill coaching. After the 4 weeks are complete, to pause coaching, FlatOut Dogs would appreciate to be notified a minimum of 1 week prior to the end of a current 4-week session. Without notification to pause coaching, it will be assumed coaching will continue for an additional 4 weeks and an invoice will be emailed accordingly.

**Payment

I understand that at the start of each 4-week session an invoice will be sent to my email. Payment of the invoice is due upon receipt, and payment is to be received prior to the start of the session.
