Competition Day Mini Sessions:
Sessions involve 15 minute sessions completed during the competition day.
Focus of sessions are to maintain adequate circulation, muscle strength, and joint & muscle mobility, aimed to keep your body functioning at its best throughout your competition day.

Morning Warm-Up, Stretch & Strength Sessions:
Get ready for the competition with a gentle warm up, breathing exercises and learn great strength routines. The content you will learn can be used at you own time, a few minutes before your run, bringing to you a greater level of success in the agility ring!
These sessions will occur inside the Field House!

What to sign up for Integral Wellness warm-up, stretch and strength morning sessions?
The sessions are only 30min long and tailored specifically for agility handlers.

• Increased blood flow – which means higher oxygen delivery throughout the body, leading you to better performance.
• Increased heart rate – which can minimize the stress placed on your heart during exercise, allowing you to have a safer, more efficient run.
• Increased flexibility – which leads to better range of motion in muscles, tendons, and ligaments.
• Safety - When your body is warm and mobile, you are less likely to suffer from strained or pulled muscles.

About the sessions:
• Warm up
Increase heart rate and get blood flowing, improve joints mobility, and muscle flexibility. With a more functional body you can better exercise for strength and coordination. You can see your performance improve dramatically as you prepare your body physically and
mentally for the demands of every run.
• Stretch
Stretching improves flexibility, which is a key component to any training program. With better flexibility you can improve joint range of motion and extensibility of muscles, as you correct imbalances and gain better coordination.
• Leg Strength
Power and speed start with strong legs. Become faster, lighter on your feet, and more explosive and powerful. Exercises like squats, lunges, and burpees develop muscle strength and better reactive response, activating the right muscles at the right time.
• Core Strength
Coordination and stability to move fast while changing direction, and increasing and reducing speed, require a strong core. Back, abdominal, and oblique muscles work together to stabilize your spine and allow your legs to move with total control. With a strong core, everything can work together more efficiently and in proper form to keep you in the game longer.
• Balance
Without that good body control and awareness, you can't run efficiently and will probably spend more time falling over. You stand on one leg throughout your runs, changing direction, speed, gesturing and talking, which require great balancing kills. It will keep you more stable and lower the risk of injury.
