If you have any issue....a score or scribe is incorrect, you are entered the in the wrong jump height, gate sheet is incorrect....you name it, we can fix it!! But only if you complete this form! ;)

    & following a conclusion being found, we will contact you via email, on the email you provide on this form.

    Have a Scoring issue? 
     - If you are contesting a score of your run, our Event Official / Back-Up judge will be consulted and will resolve the issue. The acting/ring judges will only be consulted if the Event official feels it is necessary.

    - The Event Official if needed, can use the official video from 4LeggedFlix to review your run.
