Form Submission Deadline -
Saturday, August 12th 1159pm ADT.
This form must be completed by those who plan/wish to set up a Crating Space at the Open.
NOTE - If wishing to crate inside a Dressing Room, please complete 1 form per group.
**The form will ask you to list who will be crating in your space.
Please list all individuals who will be crating with you as the space will be assigned accordingly.
We strongly recommend, if at all possible, crating from your vehicle OR those camping on site, your trailer.
There is LIMITED indoor & outdoor crating space!
The parking lot for both vehicles & Dry camping sites is a very short walk to the building & competition rings.

and therefore ALL those who wish to set up a crating space, inside or outside, and do not complete this form, will not be permitted.

Completing the form, does not guarantee a crating space.
Crating space will be assigned based on availability.
If you request an Indoor space as your only options, and all this space has been taken, you will be assigned an Outdoor space.
Within 24-48 hrs following the August 12th submission deadline, you will receive an email with confirmation of your assigned crating space.
The purpose of this form is to allow you to:
1. Notify us of your want to setup a crating space.
2. To select your preferred area for this setup.
When can I setup my space?
Setup can be completed starting Wednesday, September 6th 2-8pm. *Time may change*
**Note there will be no security on site - indoors OR outdoors.
In this form you will need to select 2 options.
Option 1 - Your Top Choice
Option 2 - Your 2nd Choice in case Choice 1 isn't available.
Option 2 MUST be a different selection than Option 1.
Options:
Indoor Crating Area Options - A, B, C & Group Crating Room
Area A - Located to the back wall/space of the field house/2022 Open Vendor area. This is a large 45x180' space. This is approx. 40 feet from ring 1.
Area B - Located along an outer wall, extending the length of Ring 1 & 2. Approx 50' from Ring 1/2.
***DO NOT choose Area A or B if your dog does not have the ability to stay quiet in their crate in such a busy and high energy atmosphere!
Area C (C1-C6) - There are a total of 5 Dressing/Changing Rooms we have booked for use for the event for crating areas.

**If you are part of a group requesting Area C, all members of the group must also complete a form to request their next choice.
Multipurpose Room Crating- This room in 2022 was used as a Volunteer meeting space. This is a room that looks out into the Field House, near Ring 2.
This is a large room that will be divided into 2 smaller rooms. Each room will fit approx. 30 crates/dogs.
Outdoor Crating Area Options - Area O
- Area O is located in a Gravel parking area just outside of the Field House.
To use this space competitors MUST bring their own shade tent to setup for the event.
This area has a door access into the facility immediately next to the crating space.
Cost:
Areas - A & B & O = no fee
Areas - C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, C6 = $260.00/Changing room
&
Multipurpose room crating - $10.00/dog
***Priority for this space will be given to groups with a minimum of 12 dogs.

With payment for C Area, it will provide you with this Changing Room for the 4 days of the event.
*The assignment of the C Areas will occur via a random Lottery draw. However priority will be given to those with 12 dogs in your group. These details must be provided with this entry form.
*The assignment of Multipurpose Room crating assignments, will also occur via a lottery draw, if greater then 60 dogs request this space.
**DO NOT send payment until your crating room assignment has been confirmed. This will occur after this form submission deadline.
Rules for Crating:
1. Indoor Crating A & B - Please do not select this option if your dog will not relax indoors.
In all crating areas your dog will hear the agility ring! Therefore, if your dog can not relax in this environment, and will be barking +, please DO NOT book an indoor space.
2. You must bring all you need to setup your crating space.
3. You must keep your space clean & leave the space 100% clean after you are done with it.

*The assignment of Multipurpose Room crating assignments, will also occur via a lottery draw, if greater then 60 dogs request this space.
