Important Information: 
  • This form is to be completed to become a Vendor at The Trupanion 2026 UKI Canadian Open. 

  • One form must be completed per Vendor. 

  • As a Vendor you will receive a designated space (approx. 15’x15’ area). 

  • There is 1 option for Vendor space - 
    Prime Space - Indoors, located in main field house area, near competition rings. (Limited spaces available)

  • Vendors will be able to set up a pop-up tent, tables, chairs, displays, etc, in their designated space. Vendors must provide  ALL their own setup supplies, include tables, chairs, pop-up tent, etc. 
    FlatOut Dogs will designate your specific space.

  • Vendors will be expected to setup by Tuesday, August 25th or at the latest be completely setup by Wednesday, August 26th at 7am.

  • Vendors will be expected to be present for all 5 days of competition (August 26-30, 2026)

  • Cost to be a Vendor:
    - Prime Space - $425+hst for entire event.

    Note: Most Sponsorship opportunities available for the 2026 Canadian Open receive free weekend vendor space.

  • All vendor spaces will be located approx. 50' from the edge of Competition Rings. This is an indoor open space. 
    **If a vendor requires a quieter space, please inquire.

  •  An invoice will be sent to the email provided. Payment for Vendor space secures your spot.
