Payment Schedule:

-Upon receipt of invoice (sent within 1-2 weeks after registration), 1/2 payment is due to save spot into seminar.
-Payment in Full will be due by June 1st, 2024.

Refund Policy:

June 1st Deadline:
If cancellation of Seminar Entry occurs after payment received, 50% of total payment received will be refunded. If spot can be filled by you (to replace entry by same level of team in same session) or by FlatOut Dogs from the waitlist, a full refund will be received - minus any applicable banking fees.

July 1st Deadline:
If cancellation of entry into  seminar occurs beyond July 1st, no refund will be provided.
**However if spot can be filled by you (to replace entry by same level of team in same session) or by FlatOut Dogs from the waitlist, a full refund will be received - minus any appliable banking fees.

**Refunds for sickness/injured dogs will be reviewed on a 1on1 basis. Auditing is seen as an option for handlers with dogs how can no longer attend.
